  11. Is there any way to install a custom control library so that it can be used 
  12. with VC++ 4.0's resource editor?  I have experience with Borland's Resource 
  13. Workshop which makes it really simple...just select 'install control library' 
  14. and point to the dll.  But all I get with VC++ is these stupid grey 
  15. rectangles.  I hope I've just missed some option....
